Database Managed Services

Percona Managed Services are ideal for organizations seeking proactive, around-the-clock database management at a fraction of the cost of a dedicated, full-time DBA. Percona will have access to customer database environments through the use of a zero-trust tool and identity management provider. The customer will have full control of the security and access controls in place and data will not leave the customer environment.

Typical data access: The data accessed during the provision of Managed Services is dependent on the type of database being managed and the level of access granted by the customer.

Database Support

Percona Support is ideal for organizations looking to supplement their in-house talent with Percona open source software, expertise, and guaranteed support SLAs. Services will be provided remotely via video, phone, and chat tools, and customer data will be maintained in ServiceNow.

Typical data access: Percona will have access to database configuration files, metadata, and business contact data. Services will be provided through video communication tools (e.g. Zoom) and data will be uploaded to ServiceNow.
